Luxury family apartments with panoramic views

These spacious family apartments consist of open living space with a dining area. They have a well - equipped kitchen which provides guests with a dishwasher, a cooker, a washing machine, a microwave, and a fridge. There is a flat screen T.V. and free Wi-Fi available.

Both apartments feature a double room, a triple room, and a family bathroom with shower.

  • Apartment 1: 1 double/1double & 1 single.
  • Apartment 2: 1 double/3 singles.

These apartments are located on the second floor above the café/bar with a small window box balcony overlooking the golf course with commanding views of the Atlantic Ocean. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance accessible by stairs.

Downstairs is the Hilltop Café & Bar with its sun terrace serving light food daily. (Subject to seasonal opening hours).

One bedroom Ocean Suite

This cozy little hideaway, just off the golf course, features an open living space with a dining area. Kitchen includes a dishwasher, a cooker, a microwave, and a fridge. There is a digital T.V. and free Wi-Fi available so that you can put your feet up and relax in this calming and tranquil setting.

It is an ideal retreat for couples or a single person looking to escape from it all and enjoy the peaceful nature that comes with this beautiful coastal area.

Apartment/Suite Booking T&C’s

Check in is from 2pm - Checkout 10am on the day of departure.

A €200 security deposit is required at check in for both the Suite and the Apartments which is refundable subject to an inspection of the property after check out.

The Apartments/Suite are available to book all year round.

A two-night minimum stay applies for Suite/Apartments from September to June.

There is a minimum of 4/5/7-night stays for the Suite and a 7-night stay in the apartments in high summer season.

No pets allowed in the Apartments or Suite.

Any personal items/property left behind on departure will be returned to you on receipt of a stamped, self-addressed envelope or prearranged courier pick up. Items will not be held after 14 days.

Refund Policy:
25% is non-refundable at booking. The remainder is refundable with 14 days’ notice.

Motorhomes and Campervans

Only Campervans and Motorhomes are allowed onsite.

Touring Motorhome pitches are open Easter Thursday through to September.

Check in of campervans and motorhomes is STRICTLY before 18:00* UNLESS by prior arrangement.
(*20:00 JUNE/JULY/AUGUST)

Check in is 12am - Checkout 11am
At Dunmore East Holiday and Golf Resort, our grass pitches are serviced with electricity, grey waste, and water. We have modern facilities and an onsite Hilltop Café & Bar serving light snacks throughout the day.

Bookings can now be made online. Advanced booking is recommended. At time of booking, we require a 1/2 deposit for 2-night stays, 1/3 deposit for 3-night stays and a 25% deposit for 4 or more nights. Balances are payable on arrival at the resort.

Refund Policy:

All bookings are non-refundable.

For cancellations made with 48 hours’ notice before check in, we are happy to edit your booking for dates within the same season, subject to availability.

Holiday Park T&C’s:

In order to maintain our high standards in sustaining a safe family friendly environment we would like to bring the following rules to your attention before booking:

  • Group Bookings: Bookings of more than 2 campervans/motorhomes must be booked by calling +353 877022566. Please note that a 'noise tolerance' deposit of €100 will be required on arrival of groups. This will be refundable on departure once there have been no noise issues with the group.
  • Noise Curfew: Quiet time is at 10pm. Strictly no noise is permitted after 11pm. Children must be inside their tents/caravans/motorhomes by this time and no electronic devices expelling sound is permitted to be on inside of tents after this time.
  • Alcohol: When consuming alcohol beside the motorhome/campervans, we insist that this is done with discretion in order to maintain our family friendly environment here at the park.
  • Recycling: Recycling is compulsory at this park. Children are not allowed to bring rubbish to the bin area.
  • Children: Children must always be supervised, and rules signposted in the playground must be adhered to at all times.
  • Pets: Pets are allowed restricted to 2 pets per family. Pets must be on leads and cleaned up after. Pets causing a nuisance must be removed from the park immediately.

Privacy Policy

The information taken at time of booking is required to be collected for the purposes of processing your reservation at the Park. We may process your data to keep you informed of our activities and to keep you updated with news, offers and other information that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your information for the marketing purposes described in this paragraph, please let us know. We may also disclose your data to CampStead Ltd who may contact you, inviting you to complete a questionnaire and review regarding your stay at our park.
